The Great Hall at Monkswell Manor, England, 1952.

ACT 1
Scene 1: A late afternoon in the dead of winter.
Scene 2: Late afternoon the next day.

ACT 2
Several minutes later.



The Mousetrap

was first presented at the Ambassadors Theatre in London on November 25, 1952 where it ran until Saturday, March 23, 1974.
The production was transferred the following Monday, March 25, 1974 to London's St. Martins Theatre, where it still plays to this day.
