The Setting

Corie & Paul's apartment on the top floor of a brownstone on East 48th Street, New York City. February, 1964.

ACT 1
Tuesday afternoon, about 5:30.

ACT 2
Scene 1: Thursday evening, about 7:00. Two days later.
Scene 2: Later that night, about 2:00 A.M.

ACT 3
The following day, about 5:00 in the afternoon.



Barefoot in the Park

was first presented by Saint Subber at the Biltmore Theatre in New York City on October 23, 1963.
