The Setting
The action takes place on a flight from Philadelphia to Seattle and in a remote cabin in the Pacific
Northwest. Other scenes, remembered, are also seen--an apartment in Portland, Oregon, a cabin
in Coburn, Pennsylvania, a jail cell in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
