Katherine has worked locally with the Seattle Shakespeare Company, The Bathhouse Theatre, The Empty Space Theatre, Unexpected Productions, ArtsWest, Theatre Babylon, A Theatre Under the Influence and Open Circle Theater.
Favorite roles include Julia in Two Gentlemen of Verona, Kim in Lee Blessing’s Patient A., Colleen/Sister Mary Lucille in Casey Kurtti’s Catholic School Girls, Roxanne in the short film The Incredible Vibrating Man, and Lola in the soon-to-be-completed feature film Casanova Blue. Out-of-town work includes two appearances in Matthew Perry's early sitcom, Boys Will Be Boys. (Stories about Matthew's off the set antics can be had for a price.) In addition to acting (her first love), Katherine has worked locally as a producer, asistant director and assistant stage manager. Commercial print credits include Seafirst Bank, Microsoft, Regence Blue Shield, Safeco, and Boeing Connexxions.
Katherine is a Seattle native. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Theatre from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Womenís Studies from Mount Holyoke College. Aside from acting, Katherine finds her greatest pleasures in working in her garden, playing with her dog Tex, and spending time with friends
