Artist's Bio

After departing the Seattle area, Drew has returned to school. His fields of study have concentrated on theatre and journalism. His occupational experience has included being a retail sales associate, a legal clerk, painting, auto service, copy services, and administrative work. Out of all his jobs, being a 'copy jock' has to be his favorite. He was inspired to make copies for a living after reading the second book in of the Tales of the City series.

Drew has studied theatre acting with Bonnie Wallace-Hoffman and Scott Parker, commercial acting with Barbara Balsz, movement with Carolyn Holzman, vocal technique with Gaynor Sterchi, accents with Bill Tate, and voice with Bob Lamberson.

Drew's stage credits include: Curt/The Count in Force of Nature with Bellevue Community College Drama Department; Ensemble in Dirty Laundry with Pork Filled Players; The Chancellor in Stone Soup Theatre's The Ugly Duckling; Husband/Policeman/Antosha in The Good Doctor, Bhima/Muscles in Snow Queen and Ito in Auntie Mame with Heartland Theatre Productions; Angel Food Cake in Pie and Cake, Kentley in Rope, Dr Wilkes/Thug in Three Woodies and a Snake and Mark Bela in Short Scary Loud with Paula Productions; Ladvenu in St. Joan and Irvin Blanchard/Lt Gardella in No Time For Sergeants with Hillsboro Artists' Repertory Theatre; Enrique Smith in Connecticut Sisters at Stark Raving Theatre; Reporter in Long Live The King with Bridge City Productions; Lord Dramaleigh in Utopia Limited with Cabaret Magnifique and Juryman in Trial By Jury with Rose City Performing Arts.

Drew has also worked in numerous Industrials: Nick Pilos in "Management Module I" for Payback Training Systems; Lab Technician in "HP Rosie" and Bob in both "Stand Up For Small Business" and "HP Team" for Creative Media; Hollywood Video Employee in "Hollywood Video" for Sockeye Productions; Print Shop Employee in "Quaker Oats" at TK Productions; Hospital Executive in "Providence" with April Films; Productions Manager in "Intel Creative Education", Lab Technician in "HP Carnage" and Graphic Artist in "HP Crisp" for MIRA Creative Films; Restaurant Customer in "Trump's New York" at Post Up Productions; and Larry in "24 Hours at Kinko's" for KSC Marketing.
